- 3 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup flour

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 apples, peeled and sliced
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add apple slices and cook until tender.
Pour batter over the apples in the skillet.
Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, until the pancake is puffed and golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
