Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped parsley

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
