Instructions
1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
2. Dredge each pork chop in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Remove the pork chops from the pan and drain on paper towels.
