- 4 medium Potatoes
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
Place the potato slices on a large piece of aluminum foil.
Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Fold the foil over the potatoes and seal the edges to create a packet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
Carefully open the foil packet and serve hot.
