This is a simple and easy recipe for making empanada dough from scratch.

Dough Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter cold and diced
- ⅓ cup cold water
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
Add the cold, diced butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Gradually add the cold water and vinegar, mixing until the dough comes together.
Form the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using.
