Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 quart Dandelion petals Freshly picked
  • 4 cups Water
  • 3 cups Sugar
  • 1 each Lemon Sliced
  • 1 each Orange Sliced
  • 1 package Wine yeast

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the water and pour over the dandelion petals. Let steep for 24 hours.
  2. 2. Strain the liquid into a large pot. Add sugar, lemon, and orange slices. Bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and let cool. Add wine yeast.
  4. 4. Pour into a fermentation vessel and seal. Let ferment for 2-3 weeks.
  5. 5. Strain and bottle the wine. Age for at least 6 months before drinking.
