- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Yeast active dry
- 1.5 cups Water warm
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and yeast.
Pour in warm water and mix with a wooden spoon until a shaggy dough forms.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Place your Dutch oven in the oven to preheat as well.
Carefully remove the hot Dutch oven and place the dough inside. Cover with the lid and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the lid and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown.
Let the bread cool on a wire rack before slicing.
