  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the flour in another shallow bowl, and the beaten eggs in a third bowl.
  4. Coat each chicken breast in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the panko mixture. Press the panko mixture onto the chicken to ensure it sticks well.
  5. Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
