Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 can Kidney beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Pinto beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add the kidney beans, pinto beans, and tomato sauce. Stir to combine.
  5. 5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
