Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Shredded coconut
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
