Ingredients 

Meatballs

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • ½ cup grape jelly

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
  5. In a saucepan, combine BBQ sauce and grape jelly. Cook over medium heat until the jelly is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  6. Add the cooked meatballs to the sauce and stir to coat evenly. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with toothpicks.
