Delicious homemade churros, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Churros
- 1 cup water
- 2.5 tablespoon sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar (for coating)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, salt, and vegetable oil. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Stir in flour until mixture forms a ball.
Heat oil for frying in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
Pipe strips of dough into hot oil using a piping bag with a star nozzle. Fry until golden; drain on paper towels.
Combine sugar and cinnamon. Roll drained churros in the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
