Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Celery, sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a pot over medium heat and add a little oil.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and ginger, sauté for a minute until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add the carrots, celery, and broccoli. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Stir in the soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
