Ingredients 

Marinade

  • 500 g Chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground turmeric

Peanut Sauce

  • ½ cup Peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Chili garlic sauce
  • ¼ cup Water to thin

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, and turmeric. Add chicken strips and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
  3. 3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  4. 4. For the peanut sauce, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, chili garlic sauce, and water in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
  5. 5. Serve chicken satay with peanut sauce on the side.
