Marinade
- 500 g Chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ground turmeric
Peanut Sauce
- ½ cup Peanut butter
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Chili garlic sauce
- ¼ cup Water to thin
1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, and turmeric. Add chicken strips and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
4. For the peanut sauce, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, chili garlic sauce, and water in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
5. Serve chicken satay with peanut sauce on the side.
