Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 4 slices Prosciutto
  • 8 leaves Sage fresh
  • ½ cup Flour for dredging
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • ½ cup White wine
  • ½ cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Instructions 

  1. Place a slice of prosciutto and 2 sage leaves on each chicken breast. Secure with toothpicks.
  2. Dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off excess.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden, about 3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add white wine and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, scraping up browned bits. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Return chicken to skillet and cook until done, about 5 more minutes. Stir in butter until melted.
