Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Miso paste
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, sliced
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 packs Ramen noodles
  • 2 cups Baby spinach
  • 2 pieces Boiled eggs, halved
  • 1 stalk Green onions, sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, combine chicken broth, water, soy sauce, miso paste, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  3. 3. Add shredded chicken and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. 5. Divide noodles into bowls. Pour the broth and chicken over the noodles.
  6. 6. Top with baby spinach, boiled eggs, and green onions. Serve hot.
