Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Tomato puree
  • ½ cup Heavy cream
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  2. 2. Add chicken cubes and cook until they are no longer pink.
  3. 3. Add tomato puree, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with naan or rice.
