1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
5. Slice the cooked chicken breasts and add them back to the skillet. Toss in the cooked fettuccine pasta and mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
