- 4 cups Potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, onion, salt, and black pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Drizzle melted butter over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the potatoes are tender.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
