  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ cup Bisquick Mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Spread the beef mixture in a pie dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, Bisquick mix, eggs, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Pour the Bisquick mixture over the beef and cheese in the pie dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the pie cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
