Cauliflower Soup Recipe
A simple and delicious cauliflower soup recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower chopped
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 4 cups Vegetable Broth
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
2. Add the chopped cauliflower and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth.
4. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
