Caprese Chicken
A simple and delicious Caprese Chicken recipe that combines the flavors of fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil with juicy chicken breasts.

- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
- 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 8 ounces Mozzarella Cheese sliced
- 1 cup Fresh Basil chopped
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Top with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella slices, and chopped basil.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot, garnished with additional basil if desired.
