  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 8 ounces Mozzarella Cheese sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Top with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella slices, and chopped basil.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with additional basil if desired.
