Main Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage medium-sized
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut the cabbage into 1-inch thick slices.
Brush both sides of each cabbage slice with olive oil.
Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper on both sides of the cabbage slices.
Place the cabbage slices on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are crispy and the center is tender.
Serve hot and enjoy!
