Ingredients

  • 1 head Cabbage chopped
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 oz)
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  4. Stir in the tomato sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped cabbage and the beef mixture. Mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until the cabbage is tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
