Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter softened
- 4 cups Powdered Sugar sifted
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2-3 tablespoons Heavy Cream
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.
Gradually add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add the vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons of heavy cream. Beat on high for 3 minutes until light and fluffy. Add more cream if needed to reach desired consistency.
