Dough
- 500 g flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 250 ml water
- 2 tablespoon oil
Filling
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Gradually add water and oil, kneading until smooth. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
2. In another bowl, mix ground beef, chopped onion, salt, and pepper.
3. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
4. Roll out the dough thinly. Spread the filling evenly over the dough.
5. Roll the dough into a spiral shape and place it on a baking tray.
6. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
