Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Elbow Macaroni
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • ½ cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • ¼ cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. 3. Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until the mixture thickens.
  4. 4. Add shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted.
  5. 5. Mix in cooked macaroni, shredded chicken, and buffalo sauce. Stir until well combined.
  6. 6. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes, until bubbly.
