Ingredients

  • ½ cup Butter melted
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 units Eggs large
  • cup Cocoa Powder unsweetened
  • ½ cup Flour all-purpose
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Baking Powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir in cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder until well blended.
  5. Spread the batter into a greased 9x9 inch baking pan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the brownies start to pull away from the sides of the pan.
  7. Let cool before cutting into squares.
