- 1 bunch Broccolini trimmed
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add broccolini and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 10-12 minutes.
4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
