  • 4 pieces Pork chops bone-in or boneless
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 pieces Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat and add vegetable oil.
  2. 2. In separate bowls, place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  3. 3. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Dredge each pork chop in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. 5. Fry the pork chops in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. 6. Remove from skillet and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
