This is a simple and delicious bread pudding recipe.

- 4 cups bread, cubed day-old or stale
- 2 cups milk
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ cup raisins optional
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
Add the cubed bread and raisins (if using) to the mixture. Let it soak for about 10 minutes.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
