  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 pcs Eggs beaten
  • as needed Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the onion into a blooming shape.
  2. 2. Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. 3. In another bowl, combine milk and beaten eggs.
  4. 4. Dip the onion in the milk mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
  5. 5. Fry the onion in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
  6. 6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
