  • 3 pcs Egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Butter melted
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add egg yolks, lemon juice, and salt to a blender. Blend for a few seconds until combined.
  2. 2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan until hot and bubbly.
  3. 3. With the blender running on low, slowly pour in the hot butter. Blend until the sauce is thick and creamy.
  4. 4. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper if desired. Serve immediately.
