Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Blackberries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 stick Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. 
- Stir in the milk until just combined. 
- Pour the melted butter into a baking dish. 
- Pour the batter over the butter but do not stir. 
- Distribute the blackberries evenly over the batter. 
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown. 
- Let cool slightly before serving.
