Main Ingredients
- 1 bunch Beet greens washed and chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add beet greens, salt, and pepper. Cook until wilted, about 5-7 minutes.
Serve warm.
