Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef chuck cut into chunks
  • 8 cups Beef broth
  • 2 Carrots sliced
  • 2 Celery stalks sliced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
  • 8 oz Egg noodles

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the beef chunks over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Pour in the beef broth, soy sauce, sliced carrots, and celery. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 1.5 hours, until beef is tender.
  5. 5. Add the egg noodles and cook for another 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
