Beef Nilaga Recipe
A hearty Filipino beef soup with vegetables.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Beef shank cut into chunks
- 1 piece Onion quartered
- 4 cups Water
- 2 pieces Potatoes peeled and quartered
- 1 bunch Bok choy separated
- 1 piece Corn on the cob cut into 3 pieces
- 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
2. Add beef shank and onion. Simmer for 1 hour or until beef is tender.
3. Add potatoes and corn. Cook for another 15 minutes.
4. Add bok choy and fish sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
