Main Ingredients
- 500 g Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
- 1 Green onion, chopped
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and sesame seeds.
2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the bowl and mix well to coat the beef evenly.
3. Let the beef marinate for at least 30 minutes.
4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
5. Grill the beef slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
