Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into chunks
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 small Cabbage chopped
  • 2 medium Carrots sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add beef and cook until browned.
  2. 2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in tomato paste, beef broth, salt, pepper, and thyme. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add chopped cabbage and sliced carrots. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  5. 5. Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
