Ingredients 

Marinade Ingredients

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure each piece is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
