Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Rinse the scallops and pat them dry with paper towels.
In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Place the scallops in a baking dish in a single layer.
Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the scallops.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the scallops are opaque and the topping is golden brown.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
