- 1 can Water chestnuts drained
- 12 slices Bacon cut in half
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Brown sugar
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Wrap each water chestnut with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Place on a baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and brown sugar until dissolved.
Brush the mixture over the bacon-wrapped chestnuts.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
