  • 1 can Water chestnuts drained
  • 12 slices Bacon cut in half
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wrap each water chestnut with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  3. Place on a baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and brown sugar until dissolved.
  5. Brush the mixture over the bacon-wrapped chestnuts.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
