Main Ingredients
- 8 pcs Corn tortillas
- 4 Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Chorizo cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup Onion diced
- ½ cup Tomato diced
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 cup Cheese shredded
- 1 Avocado sliced
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and warm the tortillas for about 1 minute on each side. Set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add the beaten eggs and cook until scrambled. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Assemble the tacos by placing scrambled eggs, chorizo, onion, tomato, cilantro, cheese, and avocado on each tortilla.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
