Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and butter for the crust. Add ice water and mix until dough forms.
Roll out half of the dough and place it in a pie dish.
In another bowl, mix apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice for the filling.
Pour the apple mixture into the pie crust.
Roll out the remaining dough and place it over the filling. Seal and crimp the edges.
Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
Let the pie cool before serving.
