- 6 Eggs
- ¼ cup Milk
- ½ cup Chopped Bell Peppers
- ½ cup Chopped Onions
- ½ cup Shredded Cheese
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the chopped bell peppers, onions, shredded cheese, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into a greased air fryer-safe dish.
Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes, or until the frittata is set and golden brown.
Remove from the air fryer and let it cool slightly before serving.
